Have an idea for wall art that is not currently listed? Canvora may be able to help with a custom design, a different size, a coordinated set, or a larger-quantity order. Availability depends on the requested design, format, production partner, materials, and destination.

How to inquire

• Your preferred size and format
• The style, subject, and colors you have in mind
• The room or setting where it will be displayed
• Any reference images you are authorized to share
• The quantity and desired delivery timeframe

What happens next

We will review the request and respond within 1–2 business days when practicable. We will confirm whether the request is feasible and provide the price, proof or preview process, production details, and an estimated timeline before you place an order. No custom work begins until the scope and price are confirmed.

Production and delivery estimates vary by request and are not guaranteed. Rush service and quantity discounts are not available unless specifically included in our written quote.

Rights and content restrictions

Please do not submit material you do not have permission to use. We may decline requests involving protected trademarks, copyrighted characters or artwork, unlawful content, or material that we cannot responsibly produce.

Returns and problem orders

Approved custom and personalized items are not eligible for discretionary returns. If a custom order arrives damaged or defective, is materially different from the approved description or proof, is wrong or incomplete, or is not delivered, contact us promptly so we can provide an appropriate remedy consistent with applicable law.
