How does trade pricing work?

Trade members get tiered trade pricing on qualifying orders. Your exact terms come with our reply to your application.

How long does approval take?

We reply within 1–2 business days of your application.

What formats and sizes can I order?

Framed canvas, gallery-wrapped canvas or paper, in sizes up to 60 × 40 inches. Each product page lists the sizes that piece is made in.

How long do orders take?

Every piece is made to order: production normally takes 5–7 business days and standard carrier transit another 3–5. We currently ship within the United States, with free standard shipping.

What if a piece arrives damaged?

Tell us with the order number, ideally within 7 days of delivery. We provide an appropriate remedy (repair, replacement or refund) with no restocking fee, under our refund policy.
