Shipping Timeline
All Canvora products are printed-on-demand through our Printify fulfillment partners. Here is what to expect:

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

- Free Shipping: Available on qualifying orders — see checkout for current thresholds
- We currently ship within the United States only
Returns & Exchanges
30-Day Return Policy
We want you to love your art. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your order within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Defects & Damage
If your order arrives damaged or has a print defect, we will send you a free replacement at no cost to you. Simply email us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged item
- A brief description of the issue
Return Conditions
- Items must be in original, unaltered condition
- Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable unless defective
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless item is defective)
